Law 10 - Method of Scoring 9/28/2006debbie kosorski of sterling heights, mi usa asks...If the goalie catches the ball on the goal line, but he steps over the line and into the net(the ball never crosses the line but the goalie holding the ball steps over the line). Is it a goal???
