can a kick off be scored direct with out touching a player , just one kick

Yes. It's right there in Law 16: "A goal may be scored directly from a goal kick, but only against the opposing team." Get out your book and take a look, referee!

Absolutely. A goal may be scored DIRECTLY from a kick-off.
