View Referee Chuck Fleischer profileAnswer provided by Referee Keith Contarino Are you asking if the ball was stopped before it completely crossed the goal line in mid air? And the keeper's feet were OFF the field of play? It's allowed for players to leave the field of play in the normal flow of play so this would have been a legal stop if that's what you're asking.

View Referee Ben Mueller profileAnswer provided by Referee Debbie Hoelscher The ball is in play until it completely crosses over the entire boundry. If it is in the middle of a line (goal line/touchline), then it hasn't met that requirement and is still in play, no matter where the feet (or other body parts) are.
