This question is a follow up to question 32428

If the question is asking which of the choices are listed in Law 5 as powers & duties, it might be that they want you to recognize that the authority to 'Dismiss an AR for undue interference or improper conduct' is actually contained in Law 6. That's the kind of inconsequential detail some test creators include, presumably to keep everyone referring back to the written law book.

Hi Dave,
Although it's not 100% clear, if this is the same question as 32261, then in that case it says, 'Your task is to check Law 5 (and possibly other relevant Laws)'

The wording in this specific instance also does not state that it is restricted to only the provisions of Law 5, so it does seem possible that this is just some kind of fault in the website.
