Question Number: 30653League Specific 8/7/2016RE: pro Professional mahyoub of nablus, nablus pa;estine asks...hi could you provide me with videos r clips showing the offences and fouls take place off the pitch? also offside incidents??? according to the up-to-date changes many thanks in advance Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Mahyoub As the Laws have only been updated since the 1st July videos are not yet readily available. We can look back at old videos to interpret them under the new Laws. That though is of little benefit in showing new changes. The most obvious change so far in games has been the kick backwards at a kick off. I have as yet not seen the caution for the DOGSO situation involving a penalty.
