I lost my 2016 badge and I wanted to order another badge. I tried to go tohttps://ussoccer.data-source.biz/ but their checkout system doesn't work. Is there a different site than this where you can reorder a badge? Thank you

For lost or misplaced Referee Badges, You need to email referee@ussoccer.org with the following information:
Topic of email: "Request for Replacement Badge"
In the Text provide the following: "I wish to submit a request for a replacement Referee Badge."
Full Name
USSF ID#
Date of Birth
