Question Number: 29919Other 11/14/2015RE: Intermediate Under 13 Phil of Tarzana, CA United States asks...This question is a follow up to question 29916 Mea culpa. I must be a very slow learner. Referee Dawson asked for question numbers which reflected my [mis]understanding. Well, I found 2 questions that 'I' asked, both of which are consistent with your current answers. Question Number: 27118 from 1/21/2013 & Question Number: 27586 from 7/9/2013 Thanks for your extreme patience. Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Phil Best to ask and get it confirmed.

My punctuation and run on sentences are confusing at times. Trying to dish out comprehensive and hopefully informative answers quickly will do that. We do make mistakes, readers such as yourself catch us out and we return to correct, or perhaps reword Occasionally we convince someone the error of a perception or re--educate a improper mechanics or procedure or offer a new look at an old idea. Your diligence and constant scrutiny is most welcome and most needed. Any referee who spends time reflecting post game and self analyzing to become a better official eventually displays their integrity, compassion and humility even within the confines of a limited conversation. Know you are welcome and appreciated by all of us here on the site! Cheers
