During the match, can a penalty kick taker again touch the ball if it rebounds back from cross bar or the goal keeper?

Hi Gurtesh
No that is not possible. The ball must be touched by another player for the kicker to touch it again after the initial kick. If the kicker touches the ball for the second time it is an indirect free for a double touch infringement from where he touched the ball.

A player cannot touch the ball again after a restart, including the penalty kick, until it is touched by another player. The goalpost is not a player; the goalkeeper is.

As Ref McHugh and Ref Voshol note, if the ball bounces off the crossbar/goal post, the original kicker may not touch the ball a second time.

If the ball touches the keeper, however, the original kicker is eligible to play the ball again.
