If a ball is kicked and then subsequently caught by the goalkeeper and then the ball bursts in his hands... What is the outcome?

Hi Chris
The referee stops play and restarts with a dropped ball from the location the ball was when play was stopped.
In the context of 'Fair Play' most teams would not contest the dropped ball but allow the goalkeeper to pick the ball up again and continue with play.
