Question Number: 27992Law 5 - The Referee 11/10/2013RE: Adult elvis of kumasi, ghana asks...Can the referee change his decision on the field of play in a soccer match Answer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi Yes any decision can be changed as long as play has not restarted or the game has been ended. So once play has restarted with the referee's permission the referee cannot go back and change his decision.
