b) Change a decision after you have restarted the match
c) Ensure that a player bleeding from a wound leaves the field of play
d) Punish the more serious of two offences that occurred at the same time
e) Treat injured players
f) Enforce the Laws of the Game
g)Ensure the match ball meets the requirements of Law 2

Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol

A is tradition, not a duty.

B is not allowed - the ref can only change a decision before restarting play.

E is the duty of the team/trainers/doctor, not the ref.
