Ashley of London, Canada asks...

A the goalkeeper, assisted by a strong wind, kicks the ball from his hands directly up into the opponents' goal. No other player has touched the ball. Will the Referee
-Allow a Goal?
-Award a Goal Kick?
-Award a Free Kick?

Hi Ashley
As the ball is in play the goalkeeper can score from a punt. Indeed if the goalkeeper could throw the ball that far or kick the ball that far from a goal kick a goal would also be awarded.

It's a goal. Note: some U-little leagues on small fields create a different rule.
