Who has the right to the ball once a goal has been scored??

Hi Laine
As the restart is a kick off the conceding team has the right to the ball.
Now if the scoring team retrieves the ball to bring it back to the center spot the referee will only intervene if there is a confrontation or likely to be one.
If there is no confrontation then there is no issue.

The team taking the kickoff is entitled to the ball.
