Question Number: 26671Law 12 - Fouls and Misconduct 8/22/2012RE: competive Under 17 bob of new york, new york usa asks...If a player purposely kicks the ball back to the goalkeeper but punches instead. what is the call because usually if the goalkeeper picked it up it would be an indirect free kick. I am thinking that it is the same.
