Restart with a dropped ball

The dog is deeemed to be an outside agent and as the outside agent interfered with play the referee stops play and restarts with a dropped ball from where the ball was when play was stopped.
If play was stopped inside the goal area the restart is on the 6 yard line directly opposite from where the ball was when play was stopped.
