Question Number: 25786Law 5 - The Referee 11/29/2011RE: Adult Steven from beyond The Black Stump of Blackall, Qld Australia asks...This question is a follow up to question 25772 Meow, Michelle. I read a number of sites, who offer advice to questions of its members/readers. And, as in any game, people will disagree. This is because that advice comes from different perspectives, both because the person in the middle may have seen something (or not) that someone else present at that game could see. This also includes the different abilities of people to apply knowledge and experience to that scenario. Your second paragraph, barely relates to this question, but does appear a swipe at the advice about that question recently in another forum (a UK newspaper). I respect the quality of your advice, but to engage in a squabble is beneath you. Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol Meow yourself. We have never been shy to say when we disagree with another forum, and certainly don't hide it in a veiled response. The fact that this other forum had a similar topic (and a slightly different answer) is simply coincidence. Sometimes we expand on the question that was asked, because we have gotten follow-up questions on subjects.

View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Michelle Maloney I have enough trouble keeping up with answering questions on this site. I don't need to go looking for trouble dear. Sorry that you read my answer as a shot of some kind. Frankly, too many referees do not know what restart to use in situations like the one posed, so I was simply trying to illuminate their path. Purrr!
