Answer provided by Referee Gary Voshol As long as it's the opponent's goal. And it has been this way for twice as long as your U9's have been alive.

View Referee Gary Voshol profileAnswer provided by Referee Joe McHugh Hi David Yes a goal can be scored directly from the kick off. However in small sided games with local rules there may be a restriction on this, which needs to be checked with the competition organisers.
