Question Number: 23529Law 11 - Offside 6/21/2010RE: rec Under 9 brennan of pleasant hill, CA USA asks...Is the restart on an offside where the ball was played from, or where the attacker received it? Answer provided by Referee Michelle Maloney Neither. The restart is supposed to take place from the spot (generally) where the attacker in an offside position was when his teammate played the ball.
