US Soccer publishes 'Guide to Procedures for Referees, Assistant Referees and Fourth Officials'. It contains all the signals and procedures for the ref crew.

Since that url is incredibly long, you may be better off if you:
- Go to ussoccer.com
- Click on 'Laws of the Game' in the left hand column
- Then about 5 lines down in the center panel you will find a link to the Guide.
