If, on a kick off, the player who initially kicks the ball then kicks it a second consecutive time, what is the call? Thank you for your assistance.

If he kicks it a second time before any other player has touched it, this is a second touch and an indirect free kick is awarded to the opponents

Yes as long as the ball was first kicked forward. The second kick is an INDFK from the point it occurs UNLESS the ball was not kicked forward first then it is always retaken.

The referee would stop play and award the opposing team an indirect free kick at the location where the ball was played a second time.
