Question Number: 18886Law 8 - Start and Restart of Play 4/25/2008RE: regional Adult alin of naperville, il usa asks...at a kick off/start, how many players can there be around the ball? i mean inside that circle? one? at least two? all of them? thank you........ Answer provided by Referee Richard Dawson Not sure how practical or for what reason, however, on the side of the team doing the kick off, all 11! No one from the opposing side is permitted inside but all their 11 can line up along their half of the centre circle if they so wished! Cheers
