We are forced by space allowed to play on a half size field, Can a team score on the kick off or must the ball touch another player before going in the net.

Yes, they can score on the kick off. This was changed a while back.

The ability to score a goal directly from a kick-off became reality in 1997. Check with your league to be sure that has not been modified..

the LOTG state that a goal may be scored directly from a kickoff. Due to the modifications made by your local league to the size of your fields, there may be something in your league bylaws that addresses this point.
