Under 15 Mitch of Copperas Cove, Texas USA asks...I need to know, is a team in possession of the ball allowed substitute players prior to a corner kick? In most areas, USSF sanctioned youth matches only allow subs at a goal kick, kick-off, own throw-in, a caution or an injury. FIFA rules allow a substitution at ANY stoppage. Some locales are going to this so check with your State association.
