Is there any way for a ball to cross the goal line when it hits both goal posts and bounces back into the goalie box? thank you.

Yes, in a distance of eight yards a ball spinning rapidly can completely cross the goal line and bend back so it hits the other post in a such a way as to deflect it onto the field.

HI Cynthia,
a spinning ball or a bit of wind could spin the ball and perhaps a clumsy or downed keeper could deflect the ball back over the goalline into the goal. Unless time has expired count the goal provided law 10 is satisfied! Goal Scored
A goal is scored when the whole of the ball passes over the goal line, between the goalposts and under the crossbar, provided that no infringement of the Laws of the Game has been committed previously by the team scoring the goal.
