View Referee Chuck Fleischer profileAnswer provided by Referee Dawson Hi Romes, .absolutely and if that drop is inside his own penalty area he can use his hands .In fact keepers are often the only one present in many cases. The law does not state how many players or even if an opponent is required. Cheers
