as long as the referee is ok with it as safe yes!
You start sporting filed daggers then no!

Referees rarely concern themselves with nails, hair etc. Only items likes jewellery, hair clips etc will attract referees attention under the Laws of the Game.
I would suspect that many refs would not know that the nails are fake!!

The law says a player may not wear anything that is dangerous. So unless the nails present a safety hazard, they should be OK.
