What happens when all the eleven players have taken their kicks still there is no winner. What will happen. Is the match going to be decided by tosing a coin or players will continue to take their second kicks until a winner is found

In that situation, a player then takes his second kick, and it keeps going - kick-for-kick - until a winning team is found.

Personally, I've been on a match that went to 16 kicks from the mark once.

In the event of a tie after the 5th kick from the penalty mark the kicks continue in what is referred to as 'sudden death' where one kick for each team is used until one side scores and the other does not. Each player on a team must take a penalty including the goalkeeper before they can take a 2nd kick. After the 11th penalty kick Kicks from the Penalty Mark continue until a winner is found. The order of kicks can change after the 11th kick by a team.
The current world record for the longest KFTPM in a top match is 48 penalties during the 2005 Namibian Cup when KK Palace beat Civics 17?16. However, the record for the highest score in KFTPM was set in the 1988 Argentine Championship, when Argeninos Juniors beat Racing Club 20-19 after 44 penalties.

Kicks continue, which each team kicking one vs one until there is winner.

After each eligible player has taken a kick, any eligible player may kick again. It does not need to follow the order of the first 11.

If the Laws of the Game are followed, then kicks will continue after the 11th or last player, if the team has been reduced below 11, on a team has kicked, until one team kicks it in, and the other team misses their shot.

After the first round, kickers can change the order of kickers for any new round, but in the second round, or third, etc., none of a team's kickers can take another shot until everyone has taken a kick, including the keeper, just as in the first round.
