I have one "VAR" question, please.
Team A scores a goal while another situation is reviewed by VAR technology.
Can the referee award a goal if the team A is also affected in the original situation?
Or does the referee have to return to the original situation?

The goal is always awarded provided the scoring team has not offended the Laws of the Game.
If the VAR review shows that a player in Team A committed an offence in a reviewable situation or in an attacking phase leading to the goal then the goal will be disallowed.
If the review shows no offence by Team A then the goal stands. If the offence was by Team B then the advantage clause will be used.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by Team A being "affected" by a situation that is being reviewed. If there was an offence committed by Team A and it happened during the attacking phase of play (as defined in the full VAR protocol) leading to the goal or if the incident being reviewed was in one of the reviewable categories and was an offence by the goal scoring team then the goal would be disallowed. If there was a potential offence committed against Team A, the goal would stand.
